Common Questions

Where is my data stored?

Your subscription records are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, records are also stored in your private iCloud container so they can sync across devices signed in to the same Apple ID.

Why does sync sometimes take time?

iCloud sync depends on your Apple ID, iCloud settings, network connection, and Apple service availability. Opening the app on each device can help the system process recent changes sooner.

Why did I not receive a reminder?

Check that notifications are allowed for RemindSub in system settings. Notification delivery also depends on device Focus modes, notification settings, and system scheduling.

Does RemindSub support exchange rates?

No. RemindSub records the currency you enter and lets you customize currency display priority, but it does not convert between currencies.
